At Aakarshan Kala, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following conditions.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Aakarshan Kala cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without original packaging

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:

  • The product
  • The packaging

Our team will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

You will be notified regarding the approval of your refund

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
