Reporting a Damaged Item

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product
  • Clear photographs of the outer packaging
  • Clear photographs of the inner packaging

This information helps us evaluate the issue and coordinate with our shipping partners.

Resolution

Once the case is reviewed, we will offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation:

  • A replacement of the item
  • A partial or full refund
  • A store credit

Each case is reviewed individually to ensure a fair and satisfactory outcome.

Important Notes

Damage claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for compensation.

Products damaged due to improper handling or use after delivery are not covered under this policy.
